I received a notification that my account was inactive and would be deactivated.
So I logged in, but a few days later everything stopped working, and all my data was deleted without my consent.
What should I do about this?
hi @norimiya , Unfortunately you don't have access to Atlassian technical support on a free tier. Generally your data would not be subject to deletion independent of the instance itself I think. But it really depends on how long your free instance goes unused. The user that created the instance should be notified multiple times before the instance is decommissioned. I would suggest you try to contact support by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select the Billing option.
