My Atlassian account expired due to non use, and now that I have reinstated it, I'm missing documents that I had saved.  Is there any way to rescue them?

Hi Heidi,

To recover your Confluence documents after account reactivation, please note the following:

Re‑activate the Confluence subscription: If the subscription was deactivated due to inactivity, and it’s within the retention period (typically 15–60 days), reactivating the site should restore your content.
You can reactivate your subscription via your Atlassian account: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription
Contact Atlassian Support: If you don’t see an option to reactivate the site, or if the retention period has passed, you will need to contact Atlassian Support for further assistance. They may be able to check if your data is still recoverable.

Data Deletion: If the data retention window has expired, unfortunately, the content is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
