How can I recovery my Confluence admin password?

Hi All,

I used Confluence 5.8.10 for a long time, I am going to change LDAP confiuration on Confluence but  need local admin account login.

Unfortunately I lost my local admin password, now I try to recovery from H2 database but I couldn't run the SQL in my server, so I'd like to know do I have another way to recovery or reset admin password?

Unfortunately, modification through the database is the only official modification method specified.
