i received this email in November 2025, the mail title {Your subscription is being deactivated due to inactivity} form
i was not login the Confluence, but i login today, and then i found all the data and documnet is disappear.

The email you received should include a "contact us" link. Use that to reach out to Atlassian for help.
Be advised that after deactivating a subscription Atlassian keeps the data for a limited period of time. Your data may have been permanently deleted already.
If you no longer have that email go to the Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support page and complete and submit the form there.
