In 6.10 server version it used to place the pages in creation order. In 6.14 it places it in alphabetical order. I know I can manually re-order the pages in the Content Tools, but if I have a checklist in which I am creating a tree structure from I don't want an extra step to rearrange it after creation. It is fiddly. I am using a workaround at the moment to number the pages (1. XXX, 2. YYY), but it is not ideal.
