I'm a user with a company managed account. I have a new phone and need to switch my authenticator connection to the new authenticator app. So basically I need to enroll the new app again with the QR code.
How do I get this QR code? I can't turn off the MFA because it's managed by the organization. I can't see the code in my settings.

As Ugnius said, as we're talking about a managed account, your Org admin should be able to resolve this. Now, when it comes to how to resolve it, that part depends on whether accounts are provisioned by IdP and if SSO (and MFA) is enforced there, or if everything is managed locally, within Atlassian Administration 👀

You mentioned that your account is company managed. Do you tried to contact to your organization admin? Organization admin, can reset your 2FA verification.
