How can I make my customer portal look like the "Gamestars support" portal on the Products page?

Possibly. Are you sure they are using Jira for the portal? If they are, I suspect they are using a theming App to change the layout - I know I can get very close to that layout with https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216711/refined-theme-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview

I can see they used theme extension plugin.

But I still don't know how they customized so much
