I was on holiday and I missed an email notifying me my account was going to be deactivated. Can I get my account restored? The same goes for all of my Jira work.

Depending on how long ago your subscription was deactivated it my not be possible for the data to be restored. Atlassian holds data for only a limited period of time after deactivation before deleting it permanently.
