I have went thru the Conlunence migration from Server to Cloud with two migrations. 1st one failing but second one successful after corrections.
I have done a cursory review and things look good but would like confirmation.
Is there a way to have my migration verified from server to cloud by Atlassian?
Thanks
Scott
Hi @Scott Scheidemantel ,
I would recommend you to create Migration support issue at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Atlassian team will surely help you with the whole process and verification.
Unfortunately, the size of migration seems to limit the amount of support that it provided by Atlassian. Hence the reason I am using the community resources.
Thanks
Scott

Hi @Scott Scheidemantel ,
according to this page you should be able to get the support, see Support for Server Starter license and Cloud Free customers.
Or what do you mean by "size of migration"?

I walk thru the steps for support and it asks me product etc......number of users 10 and then I get show options and it is self guided or community. We have a valid license and a server setup with support but I don't seem to have that for migration help.
I was trying to find just a size comparison but the cloud has it under storage but the server does not have that option. I just want something that tells me all that it got and if it is at least close.
Thanks
Scott

Hi @Scott Scheidemantel ,
AFAIK the storage usage is counted only based on the attachments in the Confluence cloud. So if you want to do some comparison, this way you can get info only about attachments size. Information about server attachments can be obtained from the database.
I've contacted Atlassian team, if something can be done, if you want to check this with them. Please try to use directly this link to create the migration support issue. If it still not possible for you, please, let me know and I will send Atlassian team this thread and they will create the migration issue on your behalf.
