Atlassian is connected to my data for the Casted Podcasts platform (https://app.casted.us/) and I'm currently experiencing errors to upload any new files. Do you know know this can be fixed an who I can email? My former contact at Casted seems to no longer work there.
This is something to address on the casted platform as the files reside there.
This forum is for issues or questions related to the Atlassian applications.
There Help link seems tto link to an Atlassian Cloud site, but this cloud site seems inactive, still you would need to be contacting the Casted platform as the management of this Atlassian Instance is on them not on Atlassian.
Thank you, indeed the help link from Casted (Atlassian Cloud Notifications - Page Unavailable) sends me to Atlassian support. I understand this is because Casted is connected to the Atlassian Cloud but Casted doesn't seem to have any other option to provide support other than this. :(
