I am trying to add a User as a Guest to a Confluence page - when I save adding them, I receive a message that they are already in another space.
Being a Guest, they can only have access to one Confluence page.
How can I find all the spaces they are added to?
Hello @Sandra Mack
If you click the Gear icon near your avatar the panel on the left will change to Administration options.
Select User access and you can look up the user and get a CSV export of all the Spaces to which they have been given access.
Hi @Sandra Mack
A guest user in Confluence can only access one space at a time.
To see which space they’re already in, go to Confluence Administration -> Guests and search for their name. You can also check Space settings -> Space access.

Hi @Sandra Mack
Confluence Guest is allowed to have only one space. You can determine where the guest has access by navigating to Confluence Administration -> Guests or by going to Space access and searching for the particular guest. Once you identify the space where the user has access, you will have to delete him/her before adding him/her to another space. Check this
