How can I export my pages without including the right side bar?

All my pages have two column section with right side bar. The sidebar has some relevant links to the content of the main section. When I export the pages the side bar takes up space in the right of the PDF file. How can I exclude it when exporting?

The PDF Macros for Confluence app has a macro that you can put around content to say not to export that content.

I asked for the PDF Macros for Confluence app to be added. Now, I can add the macro "Hide in PDF Export" but it has no result on the export. Do you maybe know something about this?
