How can I edit and delete the number of items of an UI Children macro?

I would like to delete some items of an UI-Children Macro.

I edit the ui-children but I can't see how to delete items of the list.

The UI Children macro will display the children of a given page.

So if you don't want one of the pages to appear in the macro, simply move the page elsewhere so it is no longer a child of the given page.
