In my account, I see that I have multiple sites and apps, and I want to delete them, but I don't see a delete option for any of them. Can someone help me with that?
Hi @Ajay Rajput ,
Reset and delete all data from your cloud site

Remove domains and apps from your organization
Delete your organization

I want to delete extra sites and duplicate apps, not the whole organization.

Hello @Ajay Rajput
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Do you mean this?
This shows on the left the Organization to which you have access, and when you select one on the right it shows the apps within that organization to which you have access.
Unfortunately is it not possible for a user to self-remove their access to apps, unless that user is an Administrator for the app or organization in question. Access to an app or organization can be revoked only by an Administrator.
If what I am showing above is what you are trying to change you will need to contact the owners/Admins of those Organizations and Apps to request that they remove your access. Then the items will stop appearing in your app navigator.

Hey Trudy, Thanks for the response. Yes, I am an admin for that, and I am referring to the circled items in the images.

If you want to remove the apps (i.e. Confluence) from the site you need to go to the Billing section and cancel your subscription to the app.
To delete a site you will first have to unsubscribe from all the apps that are part of that site.
Unsubscribing from an app does not immediately remove it from the site. The app remains available until the next billing date. Then the data is held for another period of time in case you change your mind and want to reactivate the subscription.
After Atlassian finally permanently deletes the data for the app and this has been done for all apps on the site, then you can delete the site.

Ohh, looks like a long process, but thanks for explaining, as I already canceled the subscription, will wait for the end date.
