How can I create links with a parameterized host / server?

I would like to create links throughout a confluence page to an application, where the host/server is parameterized.  For example

• {server.com}/homePage.html
• {server.com}/helpPage.html
• {server.com}/resource/specificPage.html

Where {server.com} can be defined in one place for easy maintenance.

Suggestions?
