Hi,

I have a confluence page that I want to export to a Word File using a Scroll Office Word Template. Things like formats, numbering and table of contents are working, but I do have a problem with a list of figures and a list of tables. On the scroll office page it is described how to include such elements into the template (https://help.k15t.com/scroll-office/creating-the-table-of-figures-75367909.html) but I can not find which information from the confluence page will be used by scroll office to be used as the figure or table caption that is then included in the list.
For figures it is possible to go to "Properties" and specify an Alt Text (Used by screen readers and when the image cannot be shown) and a Title Text (Appears when the cursor hovers over the image) - but both are not used to set the caption of a figure in the Word File.
Can anybody tell me where in Confluence I can specify the caption of a figure so that it is automatically reused in the Word File? (I know that for *.docx Files I need to refresh the table of figures manually)
Cheers,

Thomas

I found the same issue. I have the scroll title macro in Confluence under the figures, but the table is not built when triggering the export to word. @Nils Bier _K15t_  Is there any update we can provide to the user that posted this question?

Hi Thomas,

Currently, it's not possible to change the caption text. We already have an improvement in our JIRA: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-450. Please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, comment on or vote for this issue. We'll then send a notification for every status update.

The alt text is also not currently exported with Scroll Office. Please watch/vote this improvement: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-714

If you have other question, please let me know.

Cheers,
Roman.
