How can I create a list of all participants in my area?

There are over 300 beneficiaries in my area. Many of them can be deleted. But Confluence only shows me a section of the participants. I need an Excel based list

Hi @Sabine Lendinez Rodriguez welcome to the community.  Could you please provide a bit more detail to your ask.  From what I'm reading this sounds like all you need to do is create and populate a table, but again the details above provide little to on.
