How can I configure the title of my confluence site in the top left hand menu in Jira?

I changed the title of my confluence site and the change showed up in the top left hand navigation menu in Jira. Now that I've changed it again, the Jira navigation link title is not changing. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Answer accepted

There should be an admin section called Application Navigator. On the table of shortcuts of applications, there should be a refresh button.

It may take some time to refresh the links, it's not instant in some systems.
