How can I add users / collaborators to my Confluence space (Free Version)

When I click on Space details / Space Access / Users there's a pop-up that warns me I cannot edit permissions on the free version unless I grant permissions for all users. When I click ok, the pop-up shows up again?

@Lorenza Seldner Navigate to admin.atlassian.com to open the Overview page for your instance. In the Confluence row, select … > Manage users to add users.

Important: As soon as you add more than 10 users, you are automatically moved from the Free plan to the Standard plan, with a charge for each user. Removing users at this point does not automatically change you back to the Free plan; you need to contact Atlassian support to help you do that.
