How can I add 'comment' field (text area) in confiform entry in Jira ticket description field.

• I want to create Jira ticket with comments field in Confiform and need to add description of Jira ticket using comments field. it does not have option to use [entry.myfield] option. only allowed to use in confiform field macro using 'mycommentfield.content'

Hi 

You can access any field in ConfiForms via [entry.field_name] notation, and that including the comment field

To get a body of a comment field you need to access it via "content" property
