How can I add a file as an link easily?

Floating toolbar is not appeared when I clicked the thumnail of the attached file.

Only files name is shown as below

I want to change the thumnail as a link.

I know that I can use '/link' using the URL of the attached file.

But it is very very uncomfortable.

Based on the documentation https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/display-files-and-images/ I don't think that the specific file type is supported:

You can control how the file appears on your page. The options available depend on the type of file.
