I have configured Anonymous access on Confluence server.
Anonymous users entering the space url are immediately redirected to the login screen.
If they enter the same url again, they see the space.
Is there a way to disable this initial login screen for anonymous users?
Sounds like maybe you've enabled anonymous access for the instance, but not the specific space: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html
Also, if you'd like to provide a help center experience vs. the Confluence UI: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211636/scroll-viewport-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview
Thanks Matt
Actually I followed that procedure already and confirmed that the site can be viewed by anonymous users.
The issue is that when the user first enters the URL of the site, they are presented with a log in screen.
If they ignore that and enter the same URL again, they go straight to the site.

I'm going beyond my depth here, but perhaps this is related to the caching configuration on the server running Confluence. Perhaps the cache needs to be flushed so users aren't brought to the login page first.
