My team just finished a software project for a client and created a lot of documentation in Confluence (cloud version). I'd like to simply transfer the space to client's separate cloud confluence that they just purchased.
The Atlassian documentation about transfers is convoluted. I shouldn't have to navigate a bunch of menus to download the space and upload it (which I couldn't figure out how to do anyway after 10 min of searching / reading support pages).
Why can't I, as the confluence account owner and admin say to ROVO, here's the client's confluence URL, transfer this space to them? I'm also an admin in client's account, incase that's useful.
Hello @Jeremy Chambers
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The documentation for exporting a space to a file is found here:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-content-to-word-pdf-html-and-xml/
The documentation for importing a space from a previously created export file is found here:
Is this the documentation you were referencing?
If so, what portion of it is unclear?
