How To Modify Confluence Email Template To Omit Content Preview

We're in the process of revamping all of our Confluence Email templates to skip preview of the information sent to email boxes to prevent potential sensitive information from going into inboxes.  Notably, when someone edits a page, we'd like the email to omit the content modified and just show something like below instead:

I've gone as far as going to the server and modifying the "page-edited-2.0.0.soy" file and don't have any success so far.  Would appreciate if anyone could share some light on this topic of how they've found success in modifying the template!
