How Can I create a spacE?

I try to know how to create and setup a confluence page. I read the tutorials but I cannot find the options which are written there.

Is there any proper trainning to move on?

Welcome to the Community!

Spaces can be easily created if you have the necessary permissions. Can you confirm you have the necessary permissions?

Also since you are new to Confluence you can get all the basics covered in the free Atlassian University course for beginners
