Highlighting cells

Hiya, what's happened to ability to highlight table cells in Confluence? I can't see them now, for some reason, though option appeared yesterday.

Steps to Change Cell Background Color

1. Click: inside the table cell you wish to color to activate the table toolbar.
2. Click: the "Change cell color" button on the toolbar.
3. Select: the color you want to apply.
4. Repeat: for other cells or select an entire row or column to change multiple cells at once.

Thanks @Barbara Szczesniak I can see it now. There used to be a toolbar thing at the bottom giving you the option to apply the background colour so I was just a bit nonplussed for a minute when that seemed to disappear. Makes sense to do it from the cell or highlighted cells.
