HideElements useage report

Can you please advise to learn about the usage of Hide Elements application in Confluence. We would like to know how many Spaces, pages are using the HideElements application and how often?

Hello Marian,

I can only recommend the APP "Hideelements" in the server environment. We have many areas and have used "Hideelements" differently in the areas. For the area homepage management it has been very helpful for us and has also helped to reduce our extensive authorization concept. With "Hideelements" defined once, copied to each area and customized accordingly, this has been a super application.

Unfortunately, we had to do without this add-on last year due to the move to the cloud.

However, we have found over time that transparency and the associated opening up of our permissions leads to greater acceptance of the cloud application itself. The prerequisite, of course, is a consistently solid and traceable structure in and across all areas.
