As I understand, you Confluence site is currently inaccessible and displays the “This space is restricted” message.

However, I would like to understand more about the current situation. Here are a few questions:

1. Is this behavior still present?
2. Is this message being displayed to any Confluence user that tries to access spaces in Confluence?
3. Is this message present when you or any other user tries to access any of the existing spaces in Confluence?
4. Are you still able to create new spaces?
5. Were the instance space permissions been changed prior to this incident?
