Hi we are having an issue where when we add a document to a page in confluence

When we add a document to a page in confluence, it is automatically opening the document rather than saving it.  Does anyone have an ideas on how to fix this?

I have had this issue after a cloud update and clearing my cache fixed it.  I would suggest trying that and if it does not fix the issue can you share the browser you are using.

Can you please describes the steps you are taking and to have this behavior? Do you navigate to conflunece and then to the page? Or you type the URL on the address bar instead?
