Hi , i want to develop a standardised requirements management process

Currently managing a vibrant agile program and using JIRA/ Agile framework to manage this. 

I now need a standardised and efficient way to 

Capture all the multiple product request from the business

Prioritise these to ensure we don’t burn out the team 

manage pipeline 

Rather than creating some standalone data template, Can JIRA/ Confluence 

• Create a fit for purpose data gathering template for business users to input requirements
• Link this direct to JIRA
