I was using my company provided email for my Atlassian account ,my access to my company got terminated as my job is no more at company.
Is it possible to retrieve my account in another way?

If the account is "managed", it belongs to the company, not you. You will not be able to retrieve it - accounts can only be moved to different domains that have been verified by them.
If it is an individual account, then you will need to change the email address on it. The only way you can do that is to log into it and edit it, which means you need to get them to let you back in, and read the emails that a change of address will send verification emails to (the existing email address and the new one you want to move it to)
In both cases, using your company email address for it means it belongs to them, not you, You will need to work with them to take ownership.

What do you need to be retrieved from that account? I think the answer heavily depends on it. There are ways. I, for example, went through a (painful) community profile, status, and points transfer two years ago from one Atlassian ID to another.
