How can we display article by title.
Currently Articles are displayed by creation date.

Where are you trying to display your articles? In Confluence?
If you are displaying them in Confluence then you can just use a Page Tree macro and sort the page by natural https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-page-tree-macro/
