The Confluence server version is 8.5.12 and the version of the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant is 3.13.4
I made a little research, and it was recommended to see if all the Analytics for the confluence are enabled (they are all enabled)
Can somebody help me with this issue?

I'd say, usually, the recommended approach is to reach out to Atlassian Support team, especially when it comes to production migrations.
Usually, when you plan the migration, it's also recommended to create a MOVE ticket and inform Atlassian about the migration plans and the production migration date so they can have staff on-call during that time period.
