Hello. I have an error when i want to enable Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant

The error is: This app failed to be enabled. Refer to the logs for more information.

The Confluence server version is 8.5.12 and the version of the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant is 3.13.4

I made a little research, and it was recommended to see if all the Analytics for the confluence are enabled (they are all enabled)

Can somebody help me with this issue?

Did you try to restart Confluence and clear add-on cache?

No i did not restart it, since it is the production session i must program the restart
