Hello! I can't log into my database. The system writes that you cannot enter team-1604647928108.atlassian.net from the mail: service@molnia-rus.ru. Tell me, what is this connected with?

Website, not database.  But yes, that is correct.  The account identified by that email address is not an active account for this site.

It's not a change of mail or glitch, your administrator has not set up the account for any access.

The site you have named does not recognise an account with that email as a valid account with access to it.

You will need to ask the site admins to let you in.
