Header Shortcut and Firefox Does Not Work

I am getting an issue with Mozilla Firefox and Atlassian Confluence Cloud where the shortcut for headers (CTRL + ALT + <NUM>) does not work and I have to resort to markdown using the hash character.

I have reset Firefox and the function works again, but I would really like to know if anyone in the community has encountered this issue and knows what settings/extension is causing this behavior.

Make sure that the Firefox Account is enabled and synced before doing the following:

Refer to Refresh Firefox to refresh add-ons and restore the settings using your Firefox Account
