I have been set up with my work email (edited out by Atlassian Support) however I am not getting invite through to confirm my account. I have set up a link with my gmail account in the interim which is working finebut need to transfer to my work account

I've found your email address was on our internal suppression list, due to some errors returned by your organization's mail server in the past:
550: 550-Invalid recipient ...@... 550 > (#5.1.1)
This can happen when your Atlassian invitation is sent before the email address is fully set up at your organization. I've cleared the error from our mail service, and now additional attempts to send the verification email should go through.
