When trying to edit any On Prem Confluence CODA, I get an error which returns me to the legacy editor and doesn't save the document into Confluence Cloud as intended. Has anyone achieved this?

From the screenshot, it looks like everything from your on-prem plan of Confluence has been migrated to Confluence Cloud. This banner message is from your Confluence administrators to the users in your company, and it says in red at the bottom that any changes you make will not be saved to the cloud.
Have you tried selecting the link that says Visit here to locate your new Confluence Cloud space? I would think that this would open the space you are working in that has been migrated to the cloud, where you should be able to locate the migrated page and make changes.
And, if you have any issues, there is a link in the banner message to raise a ticket with your internal IT.
Thanks @Barbara Szczesniak for your reply. It does indeed open up a new Space but doesn't bring anyone of the Templates or Format with it only a new blank page, meaning creating everything from new which is not what i want to do.
I have raised a support call with Atlassian and also have been given some names to contact who hopefully can help.
