Has anybody created automation to set new owner of page w/ deactivated owner to parent page owner?

ok, i'm stumped.

i am trying to create a rule that updates a page's owner, where the owner is deactivated, to the parent page's owner. Ignoring for the moment recursions, etc, i cannot get the simplest case to work: set the page owner to the page's parent's owner. (I am manually triggering on a page that has a deactivated user and where the parent's owner is valid.)

I know I can get and verify/log page.parent.owner.AccountID, and I want to use this this value to make the update. But it doesn't seem like I can use this smart value anywhere to update the owner.

Has anybody cracked this nut and can point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Hi @Glenn A

As of today, automation has no built in step to update the page owner like this, it only gives you a drop down list to set the owner.
