HTML macro not working in header/footer

Subject: HTML macro not working in header/footer

Hi,

The {html} macro in the Confluence header/footer has suddenly stopped working. It was functioning correctly before, but now shows the following error:

Unknown macro: {html}

Other macros appear to be working fine in the same location.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

While your post tags indicate you are using the Confluence Cloud product, if you found a version number like the one you indicated then you are actually using Confluence Data Center.

You should start by reporting this problem to you Confluence administrators. If you are using the native HTML macro, it may have been disabled. If you are getting the functionality from a third party app, the app may have been disabled or it's license may have expired. These are things your Confluence administrators can check.
