Have an HTML macro with HTML code, when include that into EXCERPT macro and save, the page brakes the html structure and many items are changed and some missing.
This might be due similar case like described here

It is hard to troubleshoot since we do not see whole HTML that is added so cannot reproduce.
Basically in such a situation to troubleshoot would be nice to Install Confluence Source Editor plugin
