Deleting an Atlassian account is typically handled through the Atlassian account management (id.atlassian.com), rather than from within a specific Jira or Confluence project.
If your account is managed by an organization (e.g., using a work email), you might not be able to delete it yourself. You’ll need to contact your IT Admin to deactivate it via admin.atlassian.com.

It shows the following message: “You cannot delete your account. Your account cannot be deleted because you are the last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements, and/or one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.”
I’m not sure how to resolve this issue. I only created the account to test the platform and would now like to close it, but I’m unable to proceed with the deletion.

The message you are getting indicates you are still subscribed to Atlassian products. You need to cancel those subscriptions.
