Guests can't access assigned space

Hello, 

in some spaces, we are working with confluence guests. This used to work very good, but this week we discovered that in one space, the guest users don't have access anymore. If we move these users to another space, they can access the space, if we move them back to the desired space, no access again. I tried to send a direct link to the space, this is the screen we get to see:

The articles in the space are not restricted, so I don't know why they can not access.

Have you checked within space permissions if the guest was added to the space. Since this error indicates that they cannot access the specific page.

Have you also checked the confluence-guests group permissions within the space as well?

thank you for your suggestions. We found the problem and it wasn't a configuration problem.

The user wasn't logged in, that's why he could only see the public spaces.
