Guest users cant add pictures or attachments to comments

I'm using the Beta guest feature to allow access to a single space for external users. I need them to be able to comment a page (which is working ok).

The issue is that the guests can only add text to the comments, not pictures or attachments. Ive tested on my main user and a guest user I have created and you can see the edit comment controls are different (no upload picture button for the guest):

I can't see anything in space permissions to enable the guests to edit the page & see nothing relevant in user admin too:

What's going wrong here? Any options I'm missing or do I need to workaround by getting them to add a url to the image offsite?

Any help would be great as this has me stumped.

Welcome to the community.

Does it happen only for newly created pages? Can you please save page and than add attachment?

There is a bug for anonymous users. Anonymous users not able to add attachments or restrict pages

Its all the pages that guests can access in the space. As guest doesnt have page edit rights there is no save functionality I can see - just comment. Can't see any way to add edit rights to guest based on the space permissions (which I included in the original post).

I have a similar issue with basic users on a page with editing access restrictions. If you want to check.
