Got error 1010 when loading PlanUML add-on

I've created a page on my team's space. I've drew some diagrams by PlanUML add-on and saved my page. After couple of days, today, I comeback to edit the diagrams but got error 1010 when loading add-on. Please support!

Based on this error your instance is not allowed to use the app.

I suggest you contact the vendor of Plan UML with the message you are getting, nut you have made sure that your license of the app is still valid?

Your org/site or confluence admin of your cloud instance should be able to see this.
