Google Doc macro "app is not responding"?

Google Doc integration is showing "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?" alongside a sad document icon. Any recommendations? Google Docs macro.

Can you tell me if you're still having this issue? If so, I would recommend that you raise a ticket with the Cloud Support Team so we can have a look at your site logs and determine the exact cause.
