I've raised a support ticket but wondering if community has seen this issue? A number of pages (up to three now and counting) are failing to display embedded Gliffy diagrams: they're being replaced with a big red box with text "Oops, diagram unavailable".
Support ticket said there were no files in "attachment history" which I should expect to see... Obviously when inserting a Gliffy diagram all of this linking happens automatically: did even realise they appear in attachment history. Also aware sometimes a diagram can be inserted new, or as a reference to an original diagram on a different page: not sure how they appear in that case? Either way: have noticed the issue happening on pages with NEW diagrams in them.
Hello @SiDawg and @Vesa Purho
I was able to confirm that our tech team is actively working on a release to fix the issue you two are describing. Thank you for your patience!
Thanks Justine. At least one of the pages where this was broken seems to be working now? Has fix been implemented already? The page still doesn't show any gliffy files in "attachments" (which was given to us as an explanation for why it wasnt working) however the gliffy on the page is showing correctly.

The fix has recently been implemented with the last 24 hours or so to my knowledge so depending upon your usage timing, I am thinking you may or may not have experienced the full fix. My suggestion is to stay in touch with our Support Team if what you are seeing does not clear up or meet your expectations. They can for sure confirm what is expected behavior at this point.
Many thanks for staying touch with us!

Thanks. We started seeing this maybe couple of weeks ago. It appeared on a page that had gliffys linked from its parent page and suddenly those gliffys stopped working. The gliffys were still in the attachments of the parent page and when re-inserted, things work now ok again. But for some reason those links had broken without anybody updating the page. We have not seen this now anywhere else so this is not critical for us but if we see it again, we'll be in contact.
