Gliffy diagram looks messed up and zoom not working?

I’ve been working on a Gliffy data diagram and saving periodically. However all of a sudden my diagram has completely messed up - the shapes are no longer visible, some of the text that would’ve been inside the shapes is visible but is clearly out of sync with the arrows. One think I noticed earlier on in editing the diagram is that the full diagram wasn’t visible and half ‘off the page’ when usually the area was limitless. When the diagram messed up, the whole diagram was then visible. The zoom is also not working at all. 

I can see the last saved version when I go back into the page but when I click edit, it shows the messed up diagram. Any solutions or workaround?

Hey Kirsty!

I would encourage you to reach out to our team at support@gliffy.com because it looks like you're using Gliffy on server. Factors like your version will matter a bit more and I'm only using Gliffy on Cloud these days!

The one thing I think you could try is using the drop-down zoom option in the toolbar to set the diagram back to 100%. In the past, I've seen diagrams get a little wonky when zooming, and then "snap back" when the zoom is reset.
