Gliffy constantly logging me out

This is driving me crazy: the error below pops up every 10 minutes or so spontaneously (ie im not hitting save to trigger it). I'm authenticated in confluence using Microsoft and loading Gliffy from there. If i click "save" manually it seems to recover itself. The login link does not go to a login page... First time i clicked it it went to a general "confluence welcome" screen, now it just goes to my corporate confluence space.

Its more like every 2 minutes today. Confluence isn't disconnecting at all, only Gliffy. Maybe confluence itself automatically refreshes this im not sure... but im using many different confluence tabs and none of them are expiring even if i let them sit there for an hour or two.

Hi @Si, I think @Arkadiusz Wroblewski is on the right track with the Authentication path.

It looks like a session token expiration issue, not a Gliffy bug per se. When you're authenticating into Confluence via Microsoft SSO, the underlying session token that Gliffy uses to autosave can expire in the background. Gliffy's autosave fires every 10 minutes and hits the expired session, triggering that error.

A few things to try, you may need to contact your admin:

  1. Check your Confluence session timeout settings
  2. Check Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD token lifetime policies
  3. Try opening Confluence in a fresh tab periodically
  4. Manual save as a workaround with Ctrl+S
  5. Clear cookies and re-authenticate

Hello @Si

Have you tried clear Cookies and Start in Private Session ? That looks like Huge Authentification problem.

Cleared all cookies and browsing history and everything else and tried in private session. Still happening. The problem seems to have occured after i recently cleared all browsing data (i.e. i have cleared five minutes ago, but problem occured a few days ago after clearing all browsing data for another reason)
