Giving a Jira group access to confluence site

Hello,

I would like to give a Jira group access to a confluence site. I can see the Jira group in confluence but when I get the group access to the confluence site it is not working.

I also gave the group global access rights but the same picture.

When I give a single user of the group access to the site it works fine.

2. Try to synchonise user directories with JIRA.

thanks for your feedback.

1. Do you have the only user directory? --> What do you mean with that?
2. Try to synchonise user directories with JIRA --> Dosen't change the situation.

Just to be sure:

I created a new group in Jira and added some user's

I assigend the group with read/write rights two a new confluence page 

Result:

I can't even see the confluence site when I'm logged in as one user of the assigend group.

Is global permissions are granted to this group?

I gave the same global permission as the confluence or jira user has.
