Getting two different prices for app

I am looking at Lucidchart/spark, which is listed as $.24 per user in the 101-250 tier. When I add the users (118) for the estimate it is charging $.46 per user still within that 101-250 tier. I'm trying to understand why the rate per user is spiking. Has anyone else encounter this? I assumed we would be charged the max users for the tier (250), but if it is just the active users, I'm unsure what the disconnect is. Even if I put in 250 users for the estimate the rate is showing $.34. Are the pricing overview charts typically inaccurate?

Hey @Onaje Lott . The Atlassian pricing is adding up. You pay USD 0.50 for the first 100 users and USD 0.24 for 101-250 users. This ends up in the average rate displayed to you.
